FREE WELLNESS WORKSHOP: Finding Direction When the Path Is Unclear
Periods of uncertainty—like career changes, job loss, or shifting life priorities—can leave people feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure how to move forward. This 90-minute workshop offers a practical, psychologically informed approach to navigating uncertainty, helping participants take meaningful steps without waiting for perfect clarity or confidence. Through guided reflection and actionable tools, attendees will learn how to make values-based decisions, reduce overthinking, and move forward with greater direction.
