FREE WELLNESS WORKSHOP: Beyond Burnout
Burnout can leave people feeling emotionally drained, disconnected, and stuck in patterns that affect both work and life. In this workshop, we explore burnout through a trauma-informed and relational lens, offering practical tools to recognize depletion, rebuild emotional capacity, set sustainable boundaries, and reconnect with a greater sense of balance and well-being.

Resilience is essential in an industry shaped by constant pressure, setbacks, and rapid change. In this practical session, resilience expert and marketing leader Carré Le Page shares tools to help protect your energy, recover from setbacks, and adapt to uncertainty—including the growing impact of AI and technological change. Participants will leave with practical strategies to manage pressure, regain perspective, and approach change with greater confidence.

Constant change can feel overwhelming, leaving us anxious, depleted, or unsure of how to move forward. This workshop explores practical strategies to manage uncertainty, regulate overwhelm, focus on what’s within your control, and take meaningful action. Participants will have an opportunity to pause, reset, and approach what comes next with greater clarity and intention.
