FREE WELLNESS WORKSHOP: Self-care in a fast-paced world
This 90-minute workshop offers a space to reflect on your relationship with work, stress, and self-care. Moving beyond surface-level advice, we’ll explore patterns that contribute to overwork and introduce practical, evidence-based strategies for managing pressure and setting realistic boundaries.
