Free Wellness Workshop: Moving Forward Through Self-Doubt
Times of uncertainty, such as when losing a job or starting a new job, can increase the experience of self-doubt, impostor syndrome, and loss of motivation. This psychotherapist-guided workshop provides a compassionate and trauma-informed framework to help participants understand these responses and build practical skills to regulate overwhelm, reduce internal friction, and take meaningful action without waiting to feel fully confident.
