FREE WELLNESS WORKSHOP: Navigating Boundaries and Power Dynamics
This workshop will explore how power dynamics influence relationships and why it can be so difficult to set and maintain boundaries. Drawing from trauma-informed approaches and strategies often used in navigating toxic or abusive relational dynamics, participants will learn practical tools to recognize unhealthy patterns, respond to boundary violations, and protect their well-being while maintaining professionalism.

FREE WELLNESS WORKSHOP: Grieving the Career You Expected
This 90-minute workshop offers a trauma-informed perspective on career grief and how professional identity becomes tied to self-worth. Participants will explore how unprocessed loss contributes to burnout and emotional overwhelm, and why grieving unmet expectations is a healthy, necessary process. Through guided reflection and experiential exercises, participants will gain practical tools to process career-related grief, regulate emotional intensity, and begin redefining success in ways that feel sustainable and aligned with their current values.

This interactive workshop is designed to help participants confidently navigate every stage of the interview process. Attendees will learn how to strategically prepare beyond the job description, craft compelling and authentic responses using the STAR method, and communicate their experience with clarity and impact.
