Participants will learn to shift their perspective in order to transform this difficult moment into an opportunity for growth. The session will focus on self-assessment and the authentic redefinition of one’s professional identity.

FREE WELLNESS WORKSHOP: Navigating Boundaries and Power Dynamics
This workshop will explore how power dynamics influence relationships and why it can be so difficult to set and maintain boundaries. Drawing from trauma-informed approaches and strategies often used in navigating toxic or abusive relational dynamics, participants will learn practical tools to recognize unhealthy patterns, respond to boundary violations, and protect their well-being while maintaining professionalism.
