FREE WELLNESS WORKSHOP: Grieving the Career You Expected
This 90-minute workshop offers a trauma-informed perspective on career grief and how professional identity becomes tied to self-worth. Participants will explore how unprocessed loss contributes to burnout and emotional overwhelm, and why grieving unmet expectations is a healthy, necessary process. Through guided reflection and experiential exercises, participants will gain practical tools to process career-related grief, regulate emotional intensity, and begin redefining success in ways that feel sustainable and aligned with their current values.

Nuit en Noir
We are thrilled to announce “Nuit en Noir” taking place at Le Cathcart in Montréal on May May 13th. Based off the popular “Bal En Noir” event that has been on hiatus for two years, this promises to be a night of fun, friends and celebration, with all proceeds in support of Le BEC, the only charity supporting the people of the Canadian Media and Advertising community.
