In this workshop, we’ll explore the purpose of a resume and the recruiter’s mindset when reviewing applications. You’ll learn how to structure each key section effectively and how to tailor your resume using a proven, practical formula. Participants will also receive a customizable resume template to apply what they’ve learned, along with tips and ready-to-use AI prompts to help refine and update their resumes with confidence.

FREE WELLNESS WORKSHOP: Uncertain Times, Steady You
Uncertainty is an unavoidable part of today’s world, whether due to AI, economic changes, or shifting workplace demands. If you’ve been feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed, you’re not alone: you’re also not the problem. This workshop helps participants understand their emotional responses to uncertainty and unrest, reduce self-blame, and develop practical strategies to stay grounded and move forward. You’ll learn how to regulate overwhelm, focus on what’s within your control, and take meaningful action even when the path ahead isn’t clear.
