Togetherall provides a clinically moderated, online peer-to-peer mental health community that empowers individuals to anonymously seek and provide support 24/7.

Togetherall

At nabs, we realize that while counselling support can be incredibly impactful for many people, there are some in our community that would prefer to seek out support from peers, or even from a larger community of like minded individuals from all over the world. Togetherall is a service that allows you to do just that by providing an online peer-to-peer mental health community that empowers you to seek out and provide support 24/7. The service is professionally moderated, so that if you ever need additional support a professional is only one click away.

There are three main ways that the Togetherall platform provides support:

  1. Community: This provides a forum for individuals to share anonymously and get support from others like you. Accessible 24/7, the site is run by registered mental health practitioners.
  2.  Courses: There are courses that you can take, specific to your concerns, that will help you learn how to manage your mental health and feel better.
  3. Resources: This is where you can access a variety of free articles, tests, and techniques to take control of your wellbeing. You will also find links to other nabs programs that have related content that you are welcome to access as well.
