Join the CABR in supporting nabs

The National Advertising Benevolent Society (nabs) is a support system for all Canadian professionals in marketing and communications and have impacted more people in our industry than ever before. During the pandemic, over 3600 people have reached out to nabs for help due to mental health issues, unemployment, illness and financial difficulties.

Due to the increased demand for their services, their value to our industry has never been greater. As a result, they have evolved and created a number of support programs, including:

  • Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training in partnership with the Mental Health Commission of Canada
  • Togerthall which provides a clinically moderated, online peer-to-peer mental health community that empowers individuals to anonymously seek support 24/7.
  • Lifeworks, a one-stop shop for all things nabs, and client’s primary source of mental health/wellness support.

The Canadian Association of Broadcast Representatives (CABR) would like to continue to support nabs, and all their essential programs and services, with your help.

The CABR will match individual donations, up to a total of $2,500, for a combined goal of $5,000.
